ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent a few years working in other State Farm offices after college while also running a small music business. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew I wanted to build something of my own.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chase Bradley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
