Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire PT license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric populations and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Shift Hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in a skilled nursing facility setting to improve functional outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility and regulatory standards.
