Associate Director of Marketing

Salary: $17.29-$24.86 DOE Location: Rapid City, SD Schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday standard business hours Are you ready to make a real impact to your community? As a new position within our marketing team, you'll be tasked with helping to communicate the impactful work underway at the YMCA. In this role, you'll lead our storytelling initiatives internally and externally. Overseeing the creation of engaging content for social media and approving the design of eye-catching print materials, you'll orchestrate the efforts of our programs and services to the world. Get ready to flex your marketing muscles as you develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost awareness of the YMCA across our service areas, reaching folks in Rapid City, Box Elder, Custer, and Edgemont. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. Your efforts will help us reach new audiences and make a bigger impact. Using your keen analytical skills, you'll measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to ensure we're hitting our goals. To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a passion for our mission and belief in our core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. Strong leadership skills are a must. Your communication savvy will ensure our message is heard loud and clear. Someone with a 4-year degree in marketing or a related field or at least 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience is required for this role. With great projects come great responsibilities, so you'll need to be organized, meet deadlines consistently, and juggle multiple tasks like a pro. And of course, being tech-savvy is a plus - from managing our website to staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, you'll need to be comfortable navigating the digital landscape.
