Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice. Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care aligned with patient and family goals. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinate and document safe, quality care utilizing interdisciplinary teamwork. Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a healthy work environment. Promote adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; instructor or provisional BLS certifications preferred.
