Intermountain is viewed as a leader in transforming healthcare through high quality and sustainable costs.You will practice at Nature Park Clinic (0.75 FTE ) and North Decatur Clinic (0.25 FTE)Competitive compensation.Incentives: Up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable).Minimum Qualifications:Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
