Requirement: Prior experience in a catering kitchen is required. Must have excellent organization & communication skills.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential duties and responsibilities include obtaining daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef, preparing items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes, operating and cleaning equipment per department procedures after each use, storing, labeling and dating all food items according to policy, and resolving customer concerns.
