Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - Admissions Director Facility: Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Location: Kearny, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $85K–$95K annually Join Our Leadership Team Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and help drive census growth. The ideal candidate has strong skilled nursing admissions experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, census-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage referrals, admissions, insurance verification, and authorization processes Build strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, families, and community partners Maintain timely referral responses and support census goals Oversee admission documentation, census reporting, and billing communication Conduct facility tours and guide families through the admissions process Collaborate with Marketing, Billing, MDS, Concierge, and clinical teams Ensure a smooth transition for residents from referral through admission Qualifications 4–5 years of admissions, intake, or healthcare business development experience Prior SNF/post-acute care experience required Previous Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator experience required Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processes Experience with PointClickCare, NaviHealth, CarePort, and AllScripts preferred Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills Benefits Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Employee discounts and company perks Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
