Store Ops Lead: Customer Experience & Training

Five Below is seeking an energetic, guest-focused leader to oversee daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, supervise associates, drive sales, and help with merchandising while controlling expenses. As Manager on Duty, you’ll open/close the store, handle cash, ensure policy compliance, and maintain stock and cleanliness.
