The ideal candidate will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy to enhance communication and swallowing function. Responsibilities\n \n Perform screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. \n Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. \n Document therapy services in compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure a comprehensive approach to therapy. \n Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe therapeutic environment. \n Qualifications\n \n Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. \n Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). \n Demonstrated strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills. \n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 36380166.
