If you'd like to apply and need adjustments made, you can let us know in your application.As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex projects and larger accounts within our Medical capability, bringing together people, priorities and timelines to deliver work that achieves meaningful outcomes for our clients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll be a trusted client contact and a central point of connection for internal teams and external partners, keeping projects on track, on budget and aligned to agreed objectives.You'll combine confident communication with strong project and financial management skills, building collaborative relationships across Client Service, Editorial and wider teams. Along the way, you'll anticipate challenges, create clarity and help colleagues do their best work, with opportunities to share your experience and support the development of others.What You'll DoManage all aspects of assigned projects from a project management and financial perspective, ensuring successful planning, management, execution and outcomeEnsure both clients and internal stakeholders are kept informed and regularly updated on project progress with any concerns being flagged to appropriate department leads in a timely mannerActively drive timelines and act as an internal information hub for the accountActively manage project finances to achieve Avalere Health KPIs and proactively discuss any corrective courses of action with client and internal teamWhere possible identify, and generate, opportunities with existing and new accounts.Budget development and reconciliationUpdating PM tools and running regular reportsReviewing project management processes and finding ways to resolveTimeline/schedule development and updatingProviding internal and external financial informationInvoicing clients; tracking and phasing projectsTraffic management; updating status sheetsDriving internal and client status callsMentoring and guiding best practiceProviding project feedback and input to action plans.About YouDemonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of experience in client facing project management roles within a Medical Communications agency.Experience working on Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred$90,000 - $110,000 a year Salary is DOEYou will receive a 401K plan with an employer match contribution up to 4% (immediately vested), as well as life insurance, disability coverage, and medical, dental, and vision plans for peace of mind.
