Location: Exton, PA
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time Contract | 2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Paraprofessional to join a supportive school team in Exton, PA for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

As a valued member of the educational team, you'll work closely with teachers and support staff to provide individualized assistance that promotes academic growth, positive behavior, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students throughout the school day
• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and daily classroom operations
• Reinforce lesson plans and learning objectives under teacher direction
• Encourage positive student behavior and help implement classroom management strategies
• Support students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Document student progress and communicate observations with the educational team
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and structured learning environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional, Teacher's Aide, Instructional Assistant, or in a related role is preferred
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patient, dependable, and adaptable in a school setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or educational support training are a plus but not required
