Experience working with vendors on pricing, orders, product availability, and issue resolution. Familiarity with purchase orders and procurement processes. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities. Comfortable working with multiple internal teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: PeopleSoft experience. Healthcare or clinical supply chain experience. Experience with McKesson Inventory management or par-level optimization experience. Experience researching substitute products for backorders or shortages. Experience training users on procurement systems/processes.Job Description: The Business Coordinator supports supply chain and procurement operations by serving as a liaison between practice locations, vendors, contracting, and internal teams. This role manages product and vendor requests, helps resolve purchasing issues, coordinates product sourcing and approvals, supports PeopleSoft users, and assists practices with inventory and supply management.Communicate with vendors on pricing, availability, order status, tracking, and product issues. Resolve purchase order and delivery issues with vendors and the P2P team. Research alternative products and vendors for backorders or allocated items. Coordinate product approvals, quotes, returns, and recalls. Support Practice Managers with procurement and supply-related requests. Provide PeopleSoft and procurement training and troubleshooting. Assist practices with inventory management and par-level optimization. Partner with Contracting, Project Managers, and Construction teams on product and equipment standards. Participate in commodity, quality/safety, and project meetings as needed. Handle a high volume of special requests, status updates, and product inquiries.
