Coach and mentor team members to meet performance goals. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment. Assist with scheduling, inventory, and day‑to‑day salon operations. Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards. Qualifications Cosmetology license and/or barber license (state‑specific requirements). Strong communication skills.
