0 - 3 years of experience as an operations associate, administrative coordinator, or project coordinator
Experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or project coordination role
Bachelor's degree
Highly-analytical; comfortable working with data and finances
Energized by startup/fast-paced environments and skilled at context-switching
Stakeholder-facing / strong communication skills. Comfortable working directly with COO
High-slope progression; promoted in previous role or similar signs of excellence
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience in a role bridging product and operations
Master's degree
Experience with accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) and bookkeeping workflows
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep records accurate and organized across Google Drive, Notion, and archives, with timely updates and version control
Take ownership of accounts payable/receivable support, including invoice processing, tracking, reconciliations, and follow-ups
Work closely with the COO, Operations Managers and Chief of Staff to maintain contract and compliance document workflows
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes that keep leadership informed and day-to-day operations running smoothly
Help administer tools and systems (Google Workspace, accounts and licenses) and monitor shared inboxes as needed
Contribute to process improvements and special projects from start to finish, working across teams to expand what the ops team can deliver
