Role Description The role involves providing care in an inpatient isolation unit, offering intermediate‑level care for patients undergoing various treatments, including cell therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood product transfusions. You will manage transplants occurring on the unit with a low nurse‑to‑patient ratio. Responsibilities Deliver intermediate level of care in an inpatient isolation unit. Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products. Monitor patient progress and provide timely interventions as needed. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Bone Marrow Transplant specialty. Current AHA BLS certification is required.
