Description We care for a unique and diverse population of medically fragile individuals, ranging from children with complex developmental and neurological conditions to adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Some of our residents require long-term ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and all require some assistance with activities of daily living. RN – Long Term Care at Providence Child Center in Portland, Oregon. This posting represents a full time night shift position. Hours are 7pm-7:30am (3, 12 hour shifts), with rotating weekends and holidays. Our Long-Term Care unit within the Child Center has a total of 46 beds, serving both pediatric and adult patients. Extra Incentives Night shift differential – $4.5 p/hr Weekend shift differential -$1.4 p/hr $6,000 hiring bonus offered for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
