Overview 100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for a growing employment law firm. Fully remote and based in California; CA Bar license and CA residence required. Conversion to a permanent, direct-hire role after 3 months. Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Responsibilities Assist on pre-litigation matters and negotiate with opposing counsel to determine case status and potential settlements or mediations.
