Beauty Sales Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a prestigious Japanese beauty brand , is seeking knowledgeable and engaging Skincare Beauty Advisors to provide product education, personalized skincare guidance, and exceptional customer experiences within their ULTA Beauty location in Victoria, TX . This role will support skincare brand presence and customer engagement while helping build a strong, market-based talent pool to support an expanding network of ULTA locations.\n

Job Duties Include

\n

\n
• Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
\n
• Educate customers on skincare products, routines, and product benefits.
\n
• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
\n
• Support product awareness, engagement, and sales within assigned ULTA locations.
\n
• Maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable presence on the sales floor.
\n
• Depending on market needs, provide coverage across multiple nearby ULTA locations.

Job Qualifications

\n

\n
• Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or a related field preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Comfortable engaging with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
\n
• Ability to travel between nearby ULTA locations within an assigned geographic market, as needed.

Pay: $23–$29hr\n
