Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification and current State of Michigan licensure
• Proven experience serving adult and geriatric populations in a surgical setting
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work efficiently within a supervised CRNA model while maintaining high standards of care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a trauma level III hospital setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary surgical team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s or higher degree in Nursing with anesthesia specialization
• At least 2 years of prior anesthesia provider experience in a hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing process requires 90-120 days to complete
• Local providers only; mileage reimbursed
• Flexible scheduling with varied shifts (8s, 10s, 12s) and no call responsibilities
• Supervised practice environment with support from OR RNs and Surgical Techs
