Sr Program Specialist

Sr Program Specialist (Finance) As a Sr Program Specialist at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. Additionally, role will involve Earned Value Management critical to drive PP&C necessary for program success. This role requires a detailed understanding of DoD procurement life cycle, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the delivery of compliant FAR15 packages to the US government, executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of complex programs and projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance Strong negotiation skills and processes Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification Experience with Embedded GPS/INS (EGI) Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) Ability to negotiate terms and conditions Experience with executing subcontracts The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
