Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and improvement of lawns, gardens, decks, patios, and other landscape features.
- Operate hand tools, motorized equipment, and construction vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Participate actively in multiple projects at various stages to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Follow safety protocols and work performance standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to enhance the aesthetic and functional value of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions, includes lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
