Role Description The Paralegal will support attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services through thorough document preparation and case management. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, reviewing case files and supporting materials, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records. The role involves coordinating with attorneys, clients, and external parties to gather information, schedule meetings, and facilitate timely communication. The Paralegal will assist with preparing materials for hearings, trials, and transactions, and help ensure compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Valdosta, GA. Qualifications Strong foundation in law and understanding of legal processes Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents Attention to detail in Document Review, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, ensure accuracy, and maintain comprehensive case files. Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. Associate's degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent paralegal education; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
