Campaigns DirectorOur firm is growing fast and we need a Campaigns Director who can step in and become a true partner as we expand across California and into Nevada. This role could evolve quickly and has strong potential for advancement.About the RoleYou'll work directly with the President of the firm on a wide range of political and public-sector projects. The pace is quick, the work is meaningful, and no two days look the same. It's mostly full-time with some flexibility built in. You must live in the Los Angeles area and be able to attend meetings throughout Southern California.What You'll DoHelp develop and manage social media for multiple campaigns and clientsCreate smart, engaging graphics and contentLead or support field programsPitch reporters on news stories and build media contactsKeep projects moving, organized and on deadlineSupport strategy, messaging, and day-to-day campaign operationsWork closely with candidates, advocacy groups, and partner firmsWhat We're Looking ForAt least one or two cycles of campaign experienceStrong eye for design and the ability to create solid graphics for socialComfortable juggling competing priorities and fast turnaroundsStrong communicator who works well independentlyFlexible and excited about the work.
