Warehouse Associate (Picker) – Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack electronic products accurately using RF scanners.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipment.
• Label, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipping and delivery.
• Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage locations.
• Move materials and products safely using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Update inventory records and order information using warehouse management systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Support daily distribution and fulfillment operations to meet productivity goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse products as required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials within the facility.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.30 per hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $19.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in CARLISLE,PA.
