Minimum Requirements

• Associate‘s, Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home health visits.
• Ability to provide services within the scope of practice for home health physical therapy.
• Client-specific requirement: willingness and ability to cover Atlantic County patients.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to meet a 40-hour weekly scheduling expectation.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work evenings (Evenings 2000-0400).
• Preferred: prior home health experience. This is desirable but not required.
