SCHEDULE FOR OUR COFFEE ARTIST - BARISTA:
This is a part-time position with:
- Weekday shifts from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Flexible night shift availability
YOUR ROLE AS A COFFEE ARTIST - BARISTA:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of how to make espresso drinks
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
Preferred qualifications include having a genuine personality, being awesome with people, and being a strong team player. We're looking for someone positive, dependable, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do Each Shift:
You'll be at the heart of the café: energizing mornings, connecting with guests, and delivering exceptional quality at every step. You'll also:
- Craft espresso drinks with consistency and skill
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Multitask seamlessly while maintaining high standards
- Deliver warm, personable service that keeps guests coming back
