Senior Living Admissions Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Retirement Living Counselor to help older adults and their families explore living and care options within our senior living communities. In this resident-first role, you will listen to individual needs, explain community services and lifestyles, arrange tours, and guide prospective residents through the decision-making process. Partner with colleagues across healthcare, hospitality, and community operations to provide thoughtful, timely follow-up and a welcoming experience. Success calls for compassion, integrity, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience in senior living, healthcare, sales, or customer service preferred.
