Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This position is approximately 12 hours per week, with opportunities for additional PRN coverage as needed. Full-time opportunities may also be available. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Qualifications Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location #J-18808-Ljbffr Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC
