Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Data & Insights team, you will collect, analyze, and interpret financial, operational, portfolio, and delivery information to support enterprise planning and prioritization. You will help develop decision-ready insights by integrating strategy, work, capacity, and financial data, enabling leadership to make informed investment, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions across the enterprise.

The Senior Associate – Strategic Portfolio Management role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial and portfolio reporting.

• Develop portfolio and executive reporting that combines financial, operational, initiative, and delivery data to support Strategic Portfolio Management and enterprise prioritization.

• Analyze portfolio performance, including trends, capacity utilization, Run vs. Change allocations, and initiative performance to identify risks and optimization opportunities.

• Partner with Business Unit CFOs and business and technology stakeholders to develop decision-ready insights supporting enterprise planning, prioritization, and quarterly portfolio reviews.

• Support data governance and reporting improvements by validating data quality across enterprise planning and portfolio management platforms.

• Perform financial data integrity checks and summarize and financial, operational, and portfolio data to support enterprise reporting and decision-making.

• Conduct strategic research, analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve enterprise portfolio management, governance, and planning capabilities.

• Source and analyze data for business analytics, including scenario and attribution analysis, what-if analysis, trend analysis, and business driver identification to support executive planning and investment decisions.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences:

• 2 years ​experience analyzing financial, operational, or portfolio data to support business decisions.

• Experience working with large datasets and translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Finance, Technology, and Business organizations to support cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, PMO, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.

• Experience with enterprise planning, portfolio management, or financial management platforms such as Anaplan, Apptio Targetprocess, Jira, or similar tools.

• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience preparing executive presentations, briefing materials, and business recommendations for senior leadership.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
