The ideal candidate will manage and process invoices, handle vendor inquiries, and assist with reconciling statements and accounts. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices accurately and timely Match invoices to supporting documentation and purchase orders Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end closing procedures Maintain organized accounts payable records Communicate professionally with vendors regarding billing questions or issues Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), Construction Partner Software Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment About Us: We are a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
