Recruiting Coordinator

Global AmLaw firm seeks a junior‑level Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage agency relationships, coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct phone screens for entry‑level candidates, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in a law firm, agency, or professional services recruiting or administrative/coordination role, with a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Manage agency relationships and serve as a liaison between external partners and internal hiring teams Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Conduct phone screens for entry‑level candidates and assess basic qualifications Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting and process coordination Skills & Experience 1+ year of recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience in a law firm, agency, or professional services environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting Tech‑savvy with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition Compensation: #33-35/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
