What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a professional, helpful manner.
• Assist clients with billing and claims follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
• Begin learning how to identify client needs and present insurance solutions.
• Support the agency team with day-to-day operations while building sales skills.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Interest in developing sales skills and obtaining an insurance license (with our support).
