Community Engagement Officer en Afrique Subsaharienne Recrutement d’un Community Engagement Officer pour le projet Promotion of Vancouver Principles in Sub-Saharan Africa. Lieu : Afrique Subsaharienne Type de Contrat : CDD – 12 mois Profil Recherché : Qualifications requises : Diplôme de Bachelor (BAC+3/4) dans un domaine pertinent incluant les Sciences Sociales, le Développement Communautaire, le Développement International ou disciplines connexes Maîtrise courante de l’anglais (écrit et verbal) Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Compétences en gestion de projets communautaires Capacité à collecter et documenter des données Compétences en rédaction de rapports Connaissance des outils de responsabilisation et de feedback des bénéficiaires Compétences personnelles : Capacité à gérer et être géré dans une hiérarchie en pointillé Aptitude à travailler efficacement dans des équipes multiculturelles, multilingues et multidisciplinaires Solides compétences en établissement de relations, diplomatie et réseautage Autonomie et excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes Capacité à multitâcher, prioriser les devoirs et gérer le temps efficacement Esprit d’initiative et capacité à prendre le lead quand nécessaire Engagement à promouvoir et protéger les droits des enfants Intégrité personnelle et honnêteté Expérience demandée : Minimum 2 années d’expérience dans l’engagement communautaire, la facilitation ou domaines connexes Minimum 1 année d’expérience dans la gestion ou coordination de dialogues communautaires ou consultations Expérience préalable en tant que volontaire ou professionnel dans le développement communautaire ou la coordination de volontaires (fortement préférée) Expérience de travail dans un environnement multi-devises (atout) Instructions pour postuler : Les candidats intéressés sont invités à soumettre leur candidature conformément aux instructions de The Dallaire Institute.
