Inside Sales Representative

A growing organization in the aerospace distribution industry is seeking an inside sales/customer service representative in the Phoenix, AZ area
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations for aerospace components, hardware, fasteners, electrical products, and related engineered solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quote generation through order entry, order tracking, and post-sale customer support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, MRO organizations, and defense contractors to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain CRM and ERP records, monitor open quotations, and proactively follow up on sales opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- 1 year of inside sales, customer service, quotations, or account support experience within the aerospace component manufacturing or distribution industry
- Experience working with aerospace components, electronic components, fasteners, bearings, hardware, or other highly engineered products.
- Strong understanding of quotation preparation, pricing, order management, inventory availability, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems along with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
