Lobby Attendant Job Description

Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.

We are seeking engaging, energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rises. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

Position Requirements

• Excellentverbal communication skills
• Strongsituational awareness and problem-solving abilities
• Takespride and ownership in the position and property
• Abilityto respond promptly and courteously to residents' and guests' needs
• Minimumtwo years of hospitality, customer service, or front-facing serviceexperience
• Outstandinginterpersonal skills and a naturally welcoming demeanor
• Organized,proactive, productive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Neat,polished, and professionally groomed appearance
• Abilityto think clearly, remain composed, and make quick decisions under pressure

Main Responsibilities

• Warmlygreet and open doors for residents, guests, and visitors
• Providea seamless arrival and departure experience, offering assistance withbags, packages, umbrellas, and curbside needs
• Maintaina strong presence at the front entry and ensure the lobby entrance remainsclean, orderly, and welcoming
• Monitorfront entry activity to support resident safety and building security
• Managevehicle and pedestrian flow at the front drive; assist with rideshare,deliveries, and authorized vendor access
• Communicateprofessionally in person and via radio or phone
• Coordinatewith the concierge and management team to support building operations
• Assistwith package handling and deliveries as needed
• Providedirections, local information, and general assistance with a polished,guest-focused demeanor
• Maintainconfidentiality and uphold all building standards
• Mustbe able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, andholidays
• Able to work outdoors, in heat and coldweather.

Experience Requirements

• Backgroundin hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or related front-facingroles
• Provenexperience delivering exceptional guest service
