We seek a professional, dependable, and proactive Safety & Security Advisor to help maintain a safe and supportive campus community. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain safety and security for campus, students, staff, and visitors. Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds. Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns. Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment. Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations. Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience. About You Alert, dependable, and professional. Calm and confident in high-pressure situations. Skilled in communication and conflict resolution. Detail-oriented with strong observational skills. Committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED). Advanced degrees preferred. Preferred Job Corps or related program experience. Valid in-state driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements. Physical ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift, pull/push, carry, reach, stoop, and crouch.
