WeareseekinganAssistantProjectManagerwhowillplayacriticalroleinprojectsuccessbysupportingtheProjectManagerthroughoutallphasesofconstruction.Inthisrole,youwillhelpcoordinateprojectactivities,maintainschedulesandbudgets,andbuildstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,andtradepartners. WhatYouWillDo: Provideassistancetotheprojectmanagerintheprocurement,coordination,andexecutionofconstructionprojects Assistinmanagingallaspectsoftheprojectsincludingprofitability,scheduleadherence,conformancetospecsanddrawingsandensuringhigh-qualityresultsutilizingprovenprocesses,systems,standards,andguidelines Establishandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithclients,consultantsandsubcontractorswiththoroughcommunicationandpreciseplanning Contributetotheprocessofwritingandmanagingallcontractswithtradepartners Assistinensuringtheprojectscheduleisexecutedeffectivelyandefficiently Assistinmonitoringprojectbudgetsandhelpingensureprojectsremainwithinbudget. Fosteracollaborativeworkingenvironmentwiththedesignteamandsubcontractorstoensurethetimelyresolutionoffieldissues. WhatYouWillBringtoScorpio: Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,constructionscience,engineering,architecture,orrelatedfieldstronglypreferred Twoormoreyearsofcommercialconstructionprojectmanagementexperiencerequired.
