Practice Areas

The firm represents businesses, contractors, partnerships, and property owners in a variety of litigation matters, including:

• Business and commercial disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Fraud and business tort litigation
• Real estate and construction-related disputes
• Contractor disputes
• Debt collection and recovery matters
• Negotiation and dispute resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Develop case strategy alongside firm leadership
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California or eligible for admission
• Open to attorneys ranging from newly licensed through approximately 7 years of experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest or experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, or real estate disputes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small-team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 , depending on experience
