What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager , you will:
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH restaurant teams
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Manage staffing and labor
- Monitor sales and restaurant performance
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build a positive and productive restaurant culture
- Partner with leadership to achieve business goals
