The CT Team is looking for a Junior Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT. This is an entry-level outside sales opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating directly with customers, and developing professional skills in sales and account management.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and help connect customers with products and services that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop professional relationships
• Represent our clients and their products and services
• Conduct customer consultations and product presentations
• Answer questions and identify solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
• Work with team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Learn the fundamentals of customer acquisition, account management, and sales

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other people-facing roles is a plus
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work full-time

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $0–$800 per week, commission only
• Earnings are based on individual performance
• No employer-sponsored benefits are currently offered for this position
