Position Highlights

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a thriving urology practice serving a growing community in southern Oregon.

This opportunity offers access to advanced robotic technology, a strong referral network, experienced clinical and surgical support, and a balanced call schedule. Practice Details

• Full-time or part-time employed opportunity

• Established urology practice with a strong referral network

• Access to two da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems

• Clinical and surgical services conveniently located within one building

• No travel between practice locations required

• Serve a regional population of more than 110,000 residents

• Collaborative, team-oriented practice environment

• Dedicated clinical and surgical support staff

• Balanced call schedule of approximately five to six days per month

• Additional compensation available for extra call coverage

Clinical Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive general urology services

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions

• Perform traditional and robot-assisted surgical procedures

• Utilize advanced robotic technology for appropriate cases

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and surgical teams

• Participate in the continued growth and development of the urology program

• Opportunity for ancillary income through participation in outpatient surgery management

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $501,867 – $639,180

• Productivity incentives available

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency

• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain

• DEA certification or ability to obtain

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
