Maintenance Supervisor

Famous Tate is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in facility operations. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating teams to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Coordinate teams to perform minor building, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, flooring, roof repair Implement preventative maintenance measures Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Perform other maintenance duties as requested Requirements High school diploma/GED required Better that average computer skills Have great people skills Drafting skills a plus! English required to read/speak instructions/Bilingual a Plus!
