Accounting Associate

CCL Industries - 1209 West Bailey Street - Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to accurately and efficiently process invoices, deposits, and payment posting daily.; Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors and timely collection of payments from customers.; Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on sales agreements and reconcile customer accounts.; Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to the general ledger and bank statements.; Maintain accurate financial records and support intercompany transfers and activity as needed.
