You'll run your territory like a business, backed by engineering and project teams, while helping customers create environments where people go home safe every day.

What you'll own You will operate with full territory accountability. Responsibilities include: Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline Developing business from inbound opportunities and self-generated outreach Conducting on-site facility assessments Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver compliant safety solutions Engaging safety leaders, operations teams, procurement, and executives Managing consultative sales cycles Forecasting opportunities through CRM Representing the organization at industry events when needed Consistently achieving revenue and margin targets
