Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to support customer marketing, content creation, and employee communications.

This role combines hands-on content creation with campaign coordination and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can create engaging social content, manage multiple deadlines, and use data to improve marketing results. You will work closely with company leadership, department managers, and designated marketing partners.
Job Responsibilities

Social Media and Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish content for company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Capture employee photos, service-related content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce and edit short videos that showcase company services, employees, and culture.
• Write captions, blog posts, promotional copy, and other customer-facing content.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond appropriately, and escalate customer concerns.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across marketing materials.

Email Marketing and Customer Campaigns

• Write promotional emails and automated follow-up campaigns for customers and prospects.
• Coordinate campaigns for unsold estimates, completed jobs, canceled appointments, membership enrollment, and seasonal maintenance.
• Participate in a monthly review with the email marketing partner that develops weekly customer newsletters.
• Maintain campaign audiences, review messaging and links, and coordinate implementation.
• Support Protection Club membership promotions and customer retention efforts.
• Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, bookings, and revenue.

Website, Reviews, and Marketing Materials

• Update website content, including employee information, promotions, and campaign pages.
• Update the website with the current radio advertisement at the beginning of each month.
• Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp reviews.
• Create marketing materials such as postcards, door hangers, flyers, signs, and digital graphics.
• Coordinate assigned print and direct mail projects, including artwork, customer lists, QR codes, and campaign tracking.
• Support assigned sponsorships and community marketing initiatives.

Marketing Reporting and Coordination

• Use ServiceTitan, Google Analytics, and platform reporting to monitor marketing performance.
• Track campaign results, including website traffic, leads, booked jobs, and attributed revenue.
• Prepare marketing reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Maintain campaign records, tracking numbers, creative assets, and organized company files.
• Coordinate with designated marketing partners and internal teams on assigned campaigns and projects.

Employee Communications and Company Culture

• Post employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other internal announcements in Microsoft Teams.
• Create graphics and content for employee recognition and company updates.
• Support company culture initiatives and maintain consistent internal communications.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a closely related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating social media content, including short videos.
• Ability to design professional graphics using Canva or a comparable design tool.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort reviewing marketing data and explaining results clearly.
• Attention to detail when managing customer lists, campaign settings, and communications.
• Professional judgment when handling customer feedback and confidential company information.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with leadership and department managers.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with WordPress, email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign attribution.
• Photography and video editing experience.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or another service-based business.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
