As we continue to expand, we seek a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Perform inventory management of all Parts Shipped Loose (PSL), RFR parts from the factory, and Materials Shipped Direct (MSD). Maintain accurate records using Excel/Smartsheet tracking on company-provided laptops. Report directly to the Receiving Lead and Site Manager regarding inventory updates and tracking. Provide administrative support as needed, under the guidance of site leadership. Assist with receiving and installation operations, with the potential for future OJT in these areas. Identify and develop potential candidates for Commissioning Training at the ELC. Qualifications & Requirements Level 0 Technician with full Global Wind Organization (GWO) training. Experience with inventory management or related logistics work is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with site leadership. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
