Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in a public school setting. Working full-time on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, lead classroom activities, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and staff, track student progress, and participate in ongoing training. This role offers meaningful impact, professional development, and the chance to grow as a leader committed to educational equity.
