Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Carewell, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately understand their mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and requirements of each client.

• Provide direct therapy to adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and innovative, solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy, ensuring clients receive support wherever they are.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation with an annual salary range of $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and level of caseload management. Benefits include:
