Client Service Delivery Analyst (Contract)

Support Board Portal software via email and telephone.

Assist with mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) migration activities.

Provide user training and respond to questions in a timely manner.

Assist in gathering business and system requirements.

Prepare operational and user documentation.

Promote new product features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement solutions.

Support a variety of time-sensitive projects and software-related requests.

Troubleshoot software issues and provide effective resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of support activities and documentation.

Assist with software configuration, account setup, and user onboarding.

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to support software applications.

Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interest in working with software applications and technology.

Previous customer-facing or technical support experience preferred.

Experience supporting software products or SaaS applications.

Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.

Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.

Experience with MFA, user training, technical documentation, or software support is a plus.
