What You'll Do

As a Electrical Engineer III, you'll play a key technical role throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

You'll:

• Design innovative electronic hardware for next-generation automotive products.
• Lead electrical architecture, circuit design, component selection, and design reviews.
• Develop products from concept through validation, launch, and production.
• Collaborate closely with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Test Engineers to deliver robust, manufacturable designs.
• Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop creative solutions.
• Define and execute product validation strategies to ensure reliable, high-quality performance.
• Partner directly with customers to understand technical requirements and support successful product launches.
• Mentor less experienced engineers while helping elevate technical excellence across the team.
• Continuously improve designs, engineering processes, and development practices.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving difficult problems and aren't afraid to own them.

You likely have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of electrical product development experience.
• Experience designing electronic hardware for automotive or other complex embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, validation, troubleshooting, and product development.
• Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for continuous learning and technical excellence.
